Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategic initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise on innovation investments and M&A opportunities aligned with 2026 horizons
- Integrate ESG and ethical considerations into future-state strategy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with tech/healthcare focus
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
