- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Published work on long-term tech impact (papers, patents, or thought leadership)
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech-to-market transition projects
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter)
