Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Anticipate global socioeconomic shifts and regulatory changes affecting industry ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable technology adoption and circular economy integration
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry roundtables
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, energy)
