- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning targeting 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing futurism insights with engineering, marketing, and R&D teams
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for strategic partnerships or acquisitions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published futurism content or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy and disruption preparedness
