Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks for organizations facing 2030 workforce transformations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations)
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
