Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to identify emerging risks and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D to translate future-state visions into actionable R&D priorities
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on future trend implications
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies deployment
- Coordinate global futurist networks to validate predictive models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, predictive modeling, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
