As a key member of our Global Strategy Team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and venture partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure. You'll influence multi-billion-dollar decisions while mentoring our next generation of futurists.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
