Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate foresight framework integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare for disruptive market shifts and technological inflection points
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development roadmaps
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academia, startups, and industry consortiums
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership positioning Horizon as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Credibility with C-suite executives and ability to influence high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (preferred)
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
