- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer emerging technology research
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for senior leadership teams

- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (e.g., CFCS, MFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-back strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
