Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry presentations
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for portfolio integration

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact modeling
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic foresight projects
