Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term societal needs
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or similar
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy (2018-2023)
