Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into actionable strategic priorities
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions for industry transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging market opportunities
- Design and implement organizational change strategies for future workforce evolution
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight impact on business outcomes
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
