Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype and scale future-ready solutions
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and thought leadership organizations
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops for senior leadership teams
- Create actionable roadmaps for technology adoption and talent development targeting 2026 readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts to identify strategic opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their transformative potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
