Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present trend-driven insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build competitive advantage through scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership in industry forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio published in top-tier futurist/tech publications
