Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches and market expansions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and test next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Build and manage a network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or publications
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies
