Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, climate tech) with 2026-2030 impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to integrate future-ready innovations into core business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive transitions
- Produce annual 2026 State of the Future reports with actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026 workforce and market shifts
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
