Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains including quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Produce visionary scenario plans and innovation roadmaps for board-level stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development priorities
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network in global innovation ecosystems and academic research communities
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategy implementations
