Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation and growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Curate and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Global perspective with experience in cross-cultural trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
