Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast technological and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research or thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
