Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive change through data-backed vision
