- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for R&D, product, and investment teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist roles with tech-focused organizations
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
