- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic disruption scenarios
- Lead client workshops on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Produce white papers and keynote presentations at Davos/WEF events
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (MIT Sloan/HBR)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in ESG frameworks and SDG integration
- Experience leading cross-border innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS)
