Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce quarterly future impact reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen research
- Design organizational resilience models for technological disruption and workforce evolution
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario modeling tools
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology or societal transformation trends
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable development goals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent program
