Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop scenario-based models and strategic frameworks to inform long-term business planning
- Partner with R&D and product teams to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future landscapes and strategic implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content including trend reports and white papers
- Champion a culture of future-readiness across all organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience developing organizational foresight capabilities and roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
