- Collaborate with R&D on sustainable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech consulting
- Proven experience with scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics and sustainable tech policies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF) preferred
