Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Establish KPIs to track adoption of strategic initiatives and measure market impact
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation mindset across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, CFMP) or equivalent training
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, neurotech)
