Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging technologies and their industry impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Monitor and evaluate competitor innovation strategies and emerging market threats
- Design and implement KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate solutions
- Proven track record of translating future insights into implemented business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
