Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and technological convergence points relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive futures
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align teams on 2026 strategic priorities
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to identify moonshot opportunities for 2026 commercialization
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or scenario plans
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in futures studies, economics, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ impact projects
