Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops to ideate next-gen product concepts aligned with 2026 user needs
- Author quarterly foresight reports for executive board, including risk assessments and opportunity matrices
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups in exponential technology sectors
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist forums and establish thought leadership in predictive innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
