Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into viable product prototypes
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Advise executive leadership on adaptive strategies for future market volatility
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in tech-forward organizations
- Strong communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
