Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data from AI, biotech, and quantum domains to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Proofing' workshops for product and engineering teams
- Author thought leadership reports on societal and economic impacts of 2026 technology shifts
- Monitor global policy developments affecting tech adoption (e.g., AI governance, space exploration)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating complex tech trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization and scenario planning expertise
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
