Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for global market disruptions and geopolitical shifts
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Curate and analyze proprietary foresight datasets using advanced ML models
- Present strategic insights at international innovation summits and board meetings
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across vertical sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic impact on innovation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
