Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data (2024-2028) to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate 2026-era solutions
- Present executive-level strategic briefings with data-driven scenarios and risk mitigation protocols
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to co-create future-ready capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, energy)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
