Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, orbital infrastructure)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Develop policy frameworks for ethical AI deployment and climate-positive innovation
- Curate cross-disciplinary think tanks with MIT, Stanford, and UN Futures Unit
- Author white papers on metaverse economics and post-scarcity resource models
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published work on 4th Industrial Revolution implications or exponential technologies
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Trend Impact Analysis)
- Experience with global policy development (UN, WEF, or national innovation councils)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-proofing initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACSF) or equivalent preferred
