- Pioneer proprietary frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Collaborate with MIT's Future of Work Lab on groundbreaking foresight research
- Author white papers on '2026 Disruption Catalysts' for industry thought leadership
- Mentor a team of 3-5 futurist analysts in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 100 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Pioneered at least one industry-defining future strategy implementation
- Deep fluency in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable narratives
