Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify market disruption potential and ROI for futuristic technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS) preferred
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 companies
- Prior experience with 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Exceptional presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
