Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends across AI, biotechnology, space exploration, and climate tech to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators to anticipate systemic shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
