Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track cutting-edge developments
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects and strategic impact
