- Drive innovation in human-AI co-creation methodologies and ethical AI implementation
- Optimize resource utilization for carbon-negative tech operations
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging paradigms like neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI
- Collaborate with global R&D teams on quantum-encrypted communication protocols
- Implement adaptive CI/CD pipelines for rapid prototyping of futuristic technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record in scaling ethical AI systems with explainable AI frameworks
- Certification in zero-trust architecture or quantum security protocols
- Experience with carbon-negative tech development and sustainable computing practices
- Strong background in decentralized systems (blockchain, Web3.0) and federated learning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field preferred
