Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, AI integration, next-gen IoT)
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile development of 2026-forward platforms
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and experimental research initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite to define 5-year technological strategy and innovation pipeline
- Mentor engineers in future-proof coding practices and emerging paradigm shifts
- Ensure systems meet ethical, security, and sustainability standards for 2026+ landscapes
- Present breakthrough concepts to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready systems with exponential scalability
- Deep understanding of technological forecasting and paradigm shift patterns
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains preferred
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
