Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to map 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Develop futuristic frameworks for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype bleeding-edge solutions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on technological evolution
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in translating future trends into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
- Strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's in Technology Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field
