Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
