Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for 2026-era technologies including quantum-AI hybrids and decentralized digital twins
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and bio-integrated systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford Future Labs on 5-year tech roadmaps
- Mentor a team of 10+ specialists in emerging domains (synthetic biology, quantum machine learning)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive technology infrastructure
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 100 innovation councils
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in advanced R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural networks
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages (QASM)
- Proven track record shipping production systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies in production
- Security clearance preferred for national innovation projects
