Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology disruptions across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives and market demands
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor committees through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture by designing 'future-proof' frameworks for product development
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing adaptive strategies for technological uncertainty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or climate-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
