- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and ethical implications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to shape long-term innovation strategy
- Identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget for strategic technology investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
