Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AGI, quantum internet, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype 2026-vision solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive trends in biotech, climate tech, and spatial computing
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems ensuring alignment with human values
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Establish industry-wide standards for sustainable technology deployment by 2026
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or R&D leadership roles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives from concept to $100M+ commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with exceptional academic pedigree
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech commercialization projects
