Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological breakthroughs across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 5-10 year business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, and industry reports
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, spatial computing
