Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical tech adoption and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or R&D leadership with emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or Technology Foresight
