Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) and develop 5-10 year strategic forecasts
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for organizational adaptation to 2026 technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across R&D, product, and operations teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify 2026-relevant investment opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published future technology forecasts or strategic documents
