- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Mentor junior strategists while establishing industry thought leadership
- Design and prototype next-gen digital experiences using emerging tools
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or product innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
